Fun fresh feta!
Today our recipe is baked feta cheese with vegetables and sweet potato!
Something that you can be assembles quickly and leave to cook while you're busy with other things!
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time:3 hrs
2 blocks of feta cheese
2 white onions
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salann Foods Chilli and Ginger Sea Salt Seasoning
2 Sweet Potatoes
Wrap the sweet potatoes in tin foil and pop them into the oven at 170c for three hours.
Always wash vegetables first!
Chop two white onions into half rings as thin as possible.
Slice courgette and sweet peppers into small half rings, add into a bowl with the onions.
Add half a bulb of garlic, finely chopped.
Cover all of the vegetables in roughly 5 tablespoons of olive oil, with four good pinches of chilli and ginger salt.
Mix well and then leave the veg to marinate for 20 minutes.
In a baking dish, place two blocks of feta and then pour over the marinated vegetables.
Cover the dish in tin foil and put in the oven at 170 for an hour, removing the tin foil after twenty minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
